I send you an unlisted YouTube video link at the end of the session for you to watch back forever, as many times as you’d like! It is NOT shared with anyone else and you do not video call me. It is all done for your comfort, convenience and privacy via email. You will receive instructions prior to your session once you book. (I can also do your session in ASMR if you request!)
